If InterChat is running slowly, stuck, or not loading, try these in order:
- Check your internet connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if one works better.
- Close and reopen the app. This clears up most temporary glitches.
- Restart your phone, if closing the app doesn't help.
- Check for an update in the App Store or Google Play. An outdated version can behave unexpectedly.
- Check your storage. A phone that's nearly full can make every app, including InterChat, run slowly.
If none of this helps, contact support@interchathq.com with your app version and phone model — in the app, Settings → About → Contact support fills these in for you automatically.
