You can reset your password yourself, right from the sign-in screen:
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter the email address on your account.
- Enter the 6-digit code we send to that email address.
- Choose a new password.
You'll be signed back in once your new password is set.
If you signed up with Google, Facebook or Apple, you don't have an InterChat password to reset — just sign in with that service instead. See Signing in with Google, Facebook or Apple.
If you no longer have access to that email address, contact support@interchathq.com and we'll help you regain access.
