What is a Prayer Room?

A Prayer Room is a live voice gathering inside a community, where members can pray together out loud, one at a time.

You join a Prayer Room muted, and unmute when it's your turn to pray — see Joining and taking turns for how turns work. Hosts and co-hosts can guide the room, manage who's speaking, and bring it to a close.

Prayer Rooms are a good fit for things like a community's weekly prayer meeting, praying over a specific request together in real time, or simply gathering to pray when words in a chat aren't enough.

Prayer Rooms are not recorded by InterChat, and Community Guidelines ask everyone not to record or rebroadcast one. See Prayer Rooms aren't recorded for the detail.
